1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AxovioLab, including the website, user account area, credit system, analysis reports, AI-assisted outputs, and related services.

The AXOVIO service operator and data controller are identified in the Privacy Policy.

By accessing or using AxovioLab, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Nature of the Service

AxovioLab provides automated market analysis, technical and contextual interpretation, scenario-based reporting, and AI-assisted analytical content. The service is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

AxovioLab does not provide investment advice, financial advice, trading signals, portfolio management, or personal recommendations.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use the service in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AxovioLab complies with applicable laws and regulations.

AxovioLab may restrict access to certain users, countries, regions, or use cases where required by law, operational limitations, or risk management.

4. User Accounts

Some parts of AxovioLab may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information during registration and must not impersonate another person or entity.

AxovioLab may suspend or restrict access if there is suspected abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

5. Credits and Paid Features

AxovioLab may use credits to access analysis reports or other paid features. Credits may be granted, purchased, used, adjusted, or refunded according to the rules displayed in the application or determined by AxovioLab.

Credits have no cash value unless explicitly required by applicable law. Credits may not be transferred, resold, exchanged, or used outside AxovioLab.

AxovioLab may grant promotional, test, or welcome credits. Such credits may be limited, revoked, adjusted, or expire according to the applicable offer or platform policy.

6. Reports and Availability

Generated reports may be available for a limited time depending on the selected analysis type, trading style, system settings, or platform policy.

AxovioLab may modify, expire, restrict, or remove access to reports for technical, legal, operational, or security reasons.

Reports are generated from available data and automated logic. AxovioLab does not guarantee that a report will be error-free, complete, suitable, profitable, or available at all times.

7. Refunds and Adjustments

Refunds or credit adjustments may be granted at AxovioLab's discretion, especially in cases of failed report generation, technical malfunction, duplicate charging, or other operational errors.

A refund of credits does not imply admission of liability and does not create an obligation to refund other transactions.

Refunds for successfully generated or accessed reports may be restricted, because the user may already have received the digital content.

8. Prohibited Use

You must not:

• use AxovioLab for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes;
• attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, or bypass the service;
• attempt to access internal systems, prompts, models, logs, source code, or non-public data;
• resell, redistribute, or present AxovioLab outputs as your own regulated financial advice;
• use the service to mislead others or promote guaranteed trading outcomes.

9. AI-Assisted Content

AxovioLab may use artificial intelligence to generate, summarize, structure, or interpret market analysis. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading.

You must independently review and evaluate all outputs before relying on them.

10. Intellectual Property

AxovioLab, including its branding, interface, report structure, analytical logic, text, graphics, and software components, is protected by intellectual property rights.

You may use generated reports for your own personal or internal analytical purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit AxovioLab content without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AxovioLab is not liable for trading losses, investment losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, data errors, service interruptions, inaccurate outputs, AI-generated mistakes, or decisions made based on the service.

Your use of AxovioLab is at your own risk.

12. Early Access

AxovioLab may initially be offered as an early-access or limited-access service. During this phase, features, pricing, credit rules, report formats, availability, and platform behavior may change as the service is tested and improved.

Early-access use does not remove your responsibility to independently evaluate all outputs and does not change the informational nature of the service.

13. Changes to the Service and Terms

AxovioLab may update the service, features, prices, credit rules, reports, legal documents, and these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the service after changes become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.
